Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder of True the Vote, called it "a resounding vindication" when U.S. District Judge Steve Jones ruled that the group did not engage in illegal voter intimidation by challenging hundreds of thousands of Georgia voters' eligibility. “Today’s ruling sends a clear message to those who would attempt to control the course of our nation through lawfare and intimidation.
